TERMS CONFIRMATION 

The moment you confirm your order you also approve these terms and his conditions.  This is seen as a binding agreement. The moment when we have received your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your order. In the event that our stock level is too low to fulfill your order then we will reach out to you and provide you the option to cancel your order. Please read the terms and conditions before placing any orders on suprcare.com. 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services. This is required by law. 

PAYMENT

Our website SUPRCARE accepts the following payment methods Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Bancontact and ApplePay (only on Safari on a Mac) and various other local payment gateways. If you are choosing to pay by debit or credit card, then you need to provide us all the necessary information as displayed on your card. We use Shopify Payments and Mollie to process your payments which are globally secured and accepted payment gateways. So, providing the security code during the payments process is safe. All your information is sent securely to SUPRCARE (and his partners) over an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) line, that is an encrypted connection. This SSL connection prevents any unknown and unauthorized source from accessing your customer information. SUPRCARE does not save customer credit card information after completing the transaction. All our prices include VAT. SUPRCARE has the right to change prices at any time. On suprcare.us prices are shown in USD ($).

Our shipping times for a regular service outside of Belgium are 3-7 business days, and a regular service inside Belgium is typically 48 hours. SUPRCARE has no control over the customs process and so we accept no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All our shipping times are estimates. International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The prices are automatically added to the purchase based on the shipping address. RETURNS

We can in some cases offer a full refund for orders returned within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to make change or return your goods, please use our form found here.

All face mask sales are final for sanitary and safety reasons. Face masks cannot be returned, even if unopened.

If you would like to schedule an exchange then please let us know which products (sizes and colours) you would like instead. All our packages are sent in a reusable envelope, which can be used for returns. The product must be returned in the original packaging. Shipments do not include a return label. A return label will be provided once the return form is completed. All return costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by SUPRCARE. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by SUPRCARE. Send the package to:

Once the product you returned is received by SUPRCARE, the item(s) will be exchanged or refunded as per your request. SUPRCARE will incur the cost for outgoing shipping in some circumstances, but reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer.

CHANGE CREDIT CARD

If you need to change your credit card, all you have to do is login to your account and choose “Payment”, after this, you have to change your credit card information. 

WARRANTY

All products from SUPRCARE come with a 1-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact customer service at help@suprcare.com.

COUPON CODES TERMS

Coupon codes can only be redeemed online. Only one (1) coupon code may be redeemed per user account / per household / per promotion. The coupon code is redeemable on select merchandise only. Coupon codes may require a minimum of 100 (hundred) euro value purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions or other promotional offers. Coupon codes must be re-entered at the cart in order to be applied to your order. Coupon codes cannot be applied after order is submitted. Coupon codes may be limited to its expiration date, at any (GMT) – regardless of the physical time zone/location of the code holder. 

FORCE MAJEURE 

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we will attempt to notify you.
